No, I don't think it will. That's most likely Mini-PCIe, you will need an adapter for that, such as this

 

And at that point you might as well just get a proper wifi card for your PC instead, especially consider your card look to be some generic card.

getting new computer, doens't have wifi, my old hp has this. it is mini pcie....

It was most likely connected directly to the motherboard in its own tiny slot right? It won't fit in a full size PCI-e slot.

If you absolutely need/want wifi, either get the mini-pcie to full size pcie adapter, or just buy a pci-e wifi card. You can also just get a USB one

That is a half-mini PCIe card. If you want to use it in a desktop PCIe slot, you will need a mini PCIe adapter.
