Monitor HP issue

Hello people :)
I have a monitor HP w1907v and recently I have the problem that you can see in pictures.
I already have in mind that I have to buy a new.
What do you think of BenQ 21.5" LED GW2270H , Asus LED 21.5" VS228DE or LG 21.5" FULL HD 22M38A-B.

The screen is dying, time to get a new one. Lcd's aren't worth trying to fix.

I am a paid professional, but only when I am at work...and getting paid.

I have three monitors in mind
BenQ 21.5" LED GW2270H

Asus LED 21.5" VS228DE

LG 21.5" FULL HD 22M38A-B

Of these three which advise? 

$ sudo make coffee
