Well I don't want to spoil anything but this E6850 is a horrible overclocker, im going to see if I can get the 4Ghz back on the E5300 to make sure it is not the motherboard cause I have a feeling either the CPU is just real bad, the board is finally on its last leg or I am just being a complete idiot and skipping over something :L

you should just sell it and get another one, no point keeping a bad chip. which stepping is it?
