no not really, it just wouldn't run over 5.2ghz for some reason where everything else ran 5.5ghz

PS. Athlon 64 FX series, doesn't have a "x2" in name (since it doesn't need it).
Anything over and including "FX-60" model is Dual-Core and anything lower than that, is Single Core.

Those Delta's kick some serious ass, pulled quite a few 120mm models out of some Dell BTX systems, just need to mod the connector so I can use them on a normal 4pin

3.4Ghz @ 1.4v right on the dot, anything higher didn't want to post correctly so might just be the board.

Ok....a 2.5GHz i5 540M beats that score single threaded by a lot. There seems to be a huge difference between the first Core i* and Conroe.

Alright this E5200 is a bad overclocker, 3.4Ghz @ 1.4v and Windows is reading the chip as 3.65Ghz :L

that's because it uses fine ratio (0.5x steps) and you dont have fine ratio enabled

 

check your cpu-z on that submission.

It depends. Sounds like you've got a dead cap on yours, but mine uses solid+electrolytics from one of the bad cap manufacturers.

Lel, mine has a red PCB+yellow (with black stripes) electrolytic caps+after market fan shaped cooler+ after market blue vRAM heatsinks. It looks awesome (but barely fits into AGP slots correctly because of the cooler's base plate).
