asus bios will give me 1.200V but it is not very stable and I cant push the clocks as high as the msi bios

Well the ram I bought from @Gofspar now makes my second rig go to a black screen after a half hour or it bluescreens when I try to open a program with it at stock clocks and timings.. RIP kit of ram. Back to the shitty CL7 1066MHz 6GB kit it goes.

Went into win xp and re installed the driver and viola. 1000\1350 but still at 1.175V

gpu is locked at 900mhz. afterburner and trix show it clocked higher (trying 1050) but I score really low. gpuz reports max frequency of 900mhz under the sensor tab but shows 1050 in the graphics card tab.... I dunno

at gofspar, i wouldnt eve know where to start measuring, my probe tips are fat and ill prolly short something out.

So something is off, cause the voltage is applying but the clocks are not according to GPU-Z cause even with him maxing the core speed out the card is still running and completing the benchs like its nothing and scores are not going up at all

k . kingcry helped me figure out where to measure.

 

it looks like the volts are changing :)  my meter isnt very accurate but it reads 1.5v when the slider is all the way to the right, which is 1.335V. when I tune voltage lower it verifies on the meter.

 

so looks like im gettin moar volts

 

problem is now OC is not applying.  everything shows the clocks are what they are set for but scores are low

are you sure they aren't 2c2t this time? which did you get? i have 2 6 cores and a i7 920 that i cant test or use :'(
