I've increased my overclock from 3.8GHz to 4.0GHz and did have the voltage at 1.13v but as I was writing this post the bitch BSOD on me so I've now increased the voltage to 1.14v and hopefully that will help.

I ran 46 minutes on AIDA64 and achieved 65 degrees on the hottest core with a Cooler Master Hyper TX3 and it seemed fine though while I'm at work tomorrow I'll leave it on. It should clock up around 8-9 hours tomorrow.

If you don't have LN2 use refrigerant.

Or use bottles of compressed air and pour them in.

I know but I want to keep her sweet, when I bought this chip it was brand new and unfucked with. I want to keep her that way :)

I was reading online that someone couldn't even get below 1.185v on 4.0GHz so I'm hoping I may have a chip that is above average :) I just hope she remains stable at 1.14v

Puncture the can and pour it in.

The ASUS A3H which I upgraded for my younger brother-2GB DDR2, 160GB HDD (it was made on the 26/1/2006-and beats the crap out of my LMC in every way-its benchmarks to follow when the rest of its CPUs arrive):

Edit: Compaq Pressario R3000 to follow soon (2003 model).

Makes me confident that mine may be able to do that, I'm hoping I've got an above average CPU at least.

it might just squeeze 700cb on a z77 board i think they are a bit more efficient, although you are probably best off just selling that and getting a better chip.

once you get to around 1.3-1.4v i should be able to tell you how good it is.

this is the first E6000. i still dont like R15 on these 775 cpus, but it seemed to do good on 2003. this chip is very nice and would definatly do a 100-150mhz more with a phase cooler

Gettin an Athlon 64 x2 3800+... Lets hope the mb still alive after so much time being inactive... (btw is it delidable?)

Try 11.5 and 15... It's Going to take some time but your cpu supports SSE2 :) (that also means that you can use fraps xD)

I saw that, and considering the Compaq's P4 is one of the early HT models (before they were labeled as such) and @ 3.2GHz it will do a lot better than the ASUS with its Celeron (which is slow as hell and nearly as hot as the P4), though benchmarks might be a long time coming with the Compaq, it turns out that my Mum needs it for a few of her old DOS programs that she still uses, and its FDD is needed as a result.
