My 1200$ Gaming PC build (Part 1)

Hi everybody!

 

This is my first build and  I wanted to share it with you! I still am waiting for my GPU, mobo, HDD, and SSD to arrive. but here are my parts so far:

 

CPU: Intel core i5-6500 3.2 Ghz

PSU: EVGA 550W supernova G2 

RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 16 GB (8 GB x2) DDR4-2400

Optical drive: Samsung (too lazy to get up and go see)

Case: Corsair Carbide series 200r

Nice! I also built my very first system with very similar specs about a week ago. Which GPU do you plan on using?

 

I went with a 6500 as well, but with 8 gigs of RAM instead of 16, a Define R5, a 750W GQ, and a 290X.

That is what he in fact said. This is a build log, not a show off your set up. There is no reason to move this.

Again this is a build log like @Mr.Meerkat said. A set up would be like a desk with the PC and monitor(s).

Thanks everyone for the support *cough*obviouslynotMicrosoftGurucough* I'm very excited to get the 1070 as well!

I just got my SSD delivered a few minutes ago. :D
