i need a wifi router that support 802.11ac .....while possibly still running b/g/n but if not thats fine bc i can use 2 routers .

Any other suggestions????

Newer routers will also support the older methods like n and g, etc. if that's what you're asking

almost all routers that can do AC, should be backwards compatible with b/g/n.

Technically on many AC routers 2.4 Ghz is advertised as N any way. Ive seen it on tons of router. All routers should be backwards compatible. Just make sure the settings are set for that. For example. My N router can force all devices to connected at N speeds. So if the device doesnt support N then it wont connect. I had this issue when I tried to connect my PS3. I had to switch it to work with all devices.
