Are you asking if it's harmful? It isn't for the most part. It's just a beefed up disk cleaner that Windows already has, which you could use and be perfectly fine.

buddy i am portrait photographer 

i use my pc only for raw file editing 

i dont know any deeply knowledge about pc

You can use Windows' disk cleaner and be fine, like I said. Just press your start button and type in disk cleanup.

Yes, it's what I use on my personal computer. Side note it won't remove old programs. you need to manually delete those through "programs and features" which you should be doing anyways about once a month.
