Need all in build for $1500 Aud

I'm looking for help on building a gaming pc with mouse, keyboard and a 23-24 inch 1080p monitor for a friend costing about $1500 aud.

 

Pheripherals dont need to be gaming ones as long as they work right and are worth it.

 

Could anybody help up out? Budget could be stretched a bit as well but would prefer 1.5k

My build is like $1600 aud but has a shit ton of gaming peripherals. and windows 10 chucked in there (135 aussie bucks)
