To answer you question ,yes it will fit together.

PSU is over-kill, you only need 750 for dual GPU.

Change CPU cooler to CM hyper 212 evo

HDD: no its not a problem, sata 2 and sata 3 are the same thing....HDD's cant take advantage of sata 3's speed.

CPU...mmmmm I foresee a bottleneck with that CPU and GPU's..

Also what TheSLSAMG said....

Everything looks pretty good, the motherboard is good too, but I would recommend the Z77 Extereme9 if you have more money.

Yeh its from AMD, it doesn't release till the 15th so thats why its not there yet.

Many people are waiting to buy GPU's, also with mantle approaching, it might be a good idea to go with AMD instead of nvidia.

1.Case: Corsair 800D( Is it to much?)

I like cube cases so... Cases are a personal thing that only you can decide if it's for you.

2.CPU: i7 2600(already have it)

Non-K eh? You can slightly overclock it a tad.

3.GPU: Dual GTX 780s. (MSI's twin frozr gaming)( choosed this one becuze it seems to be a nice card for nice price)

Beastly card choice and MSI makes some nice cards.

4.RAM: 12 GB 1333 mhz( i already have it, i think its kingstons ones, is 1333 mhz a problem?)

Memory frequency doesn't really matter for gaming and Kingston is a solid brand. Curious about how the capacity is 12...old ram from an X58 platform or

5.Mobo: Asrock fatal1ty z77 professional( is a good mobo?, is have nice design and a solid good price)

Not a fan of anything with "Fata1ity" on it.

6.PSU: Corsair AX850i( need it for dual GPUs)

Solid.

7.CPU cooler: Coolermaster scorpion evo( dont gonna overclock i dont gonna risk to destroy my non K cpu)

Any decent cooler will be fine for stock, even the stock cooler.

8.HDD: 2x seagate 1.5 tb 7200 rpm HDD( its a SATA 2 HDD, is that a problem?)( i already have these HDDs btw)

HDDs don't saturate Sata II let alone Sata III - it's all marketing BS for a HDD with a Sata III connector.

9.SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120 GB( i think this have a solid price and i only gonna have windows on this SSD but i gonna upgrade to bigger SSD later)

If you're wanting bigger anyway, go bigger /now/.

Everything looks pretty good, the motherboard is good too, but I would recommend the Z77 Extereme9 if you have more money.

Why spend more money on a motherboard if this CPU is locked? Seems kind of a waste of money.

Yes, but it isn't out yet, but soon it will be around 600$

well if the r9 290x does not preform much better then GTX 780 and will cost more then i think i grap 2 780s. i am not a fanboy here, i can pick nvidia or radeon but i pick that which is best for the money. but i will wait until its out and will see some tuts from linus.

For the most part your build is fine, I wouldn't worry. As for SSDs, you can get a pair of Kingston 120GB SSDs and put them in Raid 0 for double the capacity and speed for under 200usd.
