Is there even such a thing? Right now I was just looking at some interesting Closed loop coolers that were fairly inexpensive and came across kits so I was wondering if there was a water cooling kit or even a custom loop that can be found or even made that is less than 300$. Is this a thing or am i just being naive?

Yes actually, you can easily get a CPU loop for $300 (especially if you have contacts like where they have quite a lot of used watercooling gear that they don't need :P).

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...

EK has many Watercooling kits... I strongly recommend them as they make creating a custom loop really simple (It has everything you need for your loop in a box)

Check on their website (You can find a kit with a 240 rad for $229 I think)

Just for CPU, you can get that slim version for 230€ or something.

But if you ever want to put GPU in loop also, you will need to buy additional rad + waterblock for GPU ofc.
