RMA with seller or manufacturer? (directcanada.com vs MSI)

I talked with MSI today and I will probably need to rma my motherboard. It is a MSI B150I AC.

I bought it 2 weeks ago so I can still return it to the seller.

Should I deal with MSI directly or with directcanada.com ?

Thanks!

I would personally go with the Manufacture.

Well technically your problem is with directcanada, though im sure if you deal with msi it will be fine.

Basically try going through directcanada, if you don't get anywhere talk to msi about rma
