It's like those little things people used to have in their signature, with the emoji holding up a sign what would show all that info like browser version, IP, ISP, etc.

 So I was browsing around and one site had this giant banner urging me to buy a VPN. What struck me as odd is that it displayed my IP, country and city. Am I correct in thinking this is just my ISP's info?

I feel like browsing the internet without a VPN, advertisement blocking and no-script addon is like having unprotected sex with someone that looks really disease ridden xD

Suggest a good VPN that doesn't log and steal data located in the US?

You get the location of the Dslam you are connected to. Sometimes it is 10m away sometimes 10km

which is often less than a few hundred meters away (if you live in a city)

unless you have fibre, that can go a lot farther than copper lines

Hee hee hee, good thing with Talktalk n Fiber, it's literally an VPN to a point...it's routes all of my traffic through a server that's located in Falkirk which is a completely different city/town 50-100 miles away :D
