Best 1070 to get now?

Hello,

 

I've been recommended this card, any ideas on whether its the best option

Also, I've seen a lot of complaining over the prices on overclocking forums etc, possibility for the prices to decrease or not?

Not sure which is best, or even if I should considering buying now because AMD might cause nvidia's prices to fall?

Any model which doesn't have a Fermi Edition cooler would be a good choice.

Unless you put waterblock on it ... in this case it doesn't matter :P
