How Would you setup A great VR Gaming Cafe

If you had a budget of 25000 usd to setup a VR gaming Cafe what hardware would you spend the money on?

Why would you choose that hardware?

How would you implement all of it ?

P.S. what are the best VR games you have seen so far?

I would spend the money's on PC's and VR headsets... lol

I would go for the mid tier parts like an i5/1070 or something

I think star citizen would be the best game for VR, Or Project cars

I would set up the cafe into little sections, on the game's like Racing, Flying, ect have a joystick setup or a Race wheel/pedals

You could set it up like $20 for an an hour or 2, and have a call forward system to allow people to build their schedules around it

I would use VM's running off a multiple cpu setup

Sloth's the name, audio gear is the game
I'll do my best to lend a hand to anyone with audio questions, studio gear and value for money are my primary focus.

I like it because you can move around and full dev control, in which the oculous recently prevetned rift  games on the vive

Wouldnt A machine like that Cost much more than building separate rigs.

What parts would you use in a setup like that ?

I currently have a 3000 sqft warehouse space but I might lease a storefront before actually opening not sure yet on that one and I want to start with 4 vr booths along with 4 more gaming pcs and then some console gaming just for fun. The big part I want to focus on is making sure that 4 people can all play in VR multiplayer and have a unique experience. Just not sure what games to use yet?

would be cheaper overall actually. I would use a dual or quad socket motherboard running a couple of Xeons and as many 1070's as booths you have. Hover Junkers is a good multiplayer game you could run with 4 player lan support

I am suggesting a scaled down version of this All the  info you need is in the video. You do not need to use those high end parts but the concept is the same.

The idea is cool, but do you think people would keep coming back for vr gaming? Maybe once, twice, 3 times?

Longboarders/ skaters message me!

The return on investment is almost negligible, I dont think people will continue to return after they go once or twice.  Charging 10-20 for an hour or so isn't going to pay your bills, or staff, let alone for the investment in all the equipment it will take to do what you want.

I'd be a better idea to have a VR station at Gamestop instead or so...
