ok this is really really weird

 

i own a T530  and a palm pixi

 

when i place the palm pixi on the front screen the laptop goes to sleep !!!!!

 

i already did it twice !

 

whats the reason ????

Probably some electromagnetic field that interferes with the circuitry in the laptop.

 

I had removable lights with batteries on my bike and when they lay next to a cellphone they would sometimes turn on by them selfs and always turn on when someone called that cellphone.

My last moto nextel phone made gfci breakers in outlets have major seisures even if in sat it on emt conduit 2 feet away gues how fast demanded a different model from the boss.

A lot of laptops have magnetic reed sensors to detect if the lid is shut.. So the magnet in your phones speaker might have triggered it..
