Urgent, time to buy is within the next day or two

So I need to find out what sort of fan setup I'll want in this PC

The case is the Thermaltake Core V21 (small enough to fit in our suitcases for traveling) but I'm not sure how many fans or what fan configuration I should go for. I'd prefer to have the window on left side of the case to see the GPU and all that jazz in actions.

 

I want a silent PC but a slight hum doesn't bother me, my current PC can easily hit that 60Db noise level because of overheating and a thick layer of dust on it, hehe. 

 

The main goal is to get the best airflow for this case so I need suggestions for both fans and what way to configure them, I want to possibly have the AIO water cooler for the CPU on the right side of the case pulling air out. Thanks for helping me >.>

Haha, nah, keeping the original. I just need to know what fans I should get for it and what configuration would work out the best. Not asking for a fix on the PC build

1. Get a 6700k, you don't need a 5820k you'll see very little benefit in streaming especially if you use the hardware encoder on the 1080
2. That mobo doesn't have a price in the US (and therefore isn't available), will you be ordering from the US? If not, where from?
3. Do you really need 32 GB of ram? 16 is fine for streaming
4. Get a Samsung 850 EVO, no need for an M.2 drive
5. Do you really need 6 GB TB of storage? (You might I don't know )
6. You can't order the GTX 1080 "in the next day or two". I'd even wait for aftermarket coolers, which will be a few weeks
7. You don't need a 1000W PSU unless you play on tri-sli with 3 1080s, For a single 1080 + high OCs, 650 W will be fine
8. Do you need Windows 10 Pro? (Again, you might, but I doubt it. Do you know the differences between pro and home?)

Overall, it will work as is but you're overpaying for features you won't even use

1. Personal choice, I want the extra performance available.

2. The mobo was out but it seems it went out of stock so now I have to see if I can find it anywhere.

3. Personal choice, I'd be on 64GB but had to go a smaller format.

6. I know that, my father is currently being notified when it's available and will buy it ASAP, he's only in America for another 2 weeks.

8. So much mis-information from friends/family/internet, some people say you cannot do certain things in Home that you can do in Pro, not going to be bothered and just going to go with the Pro. I've always gone with the Pro versions, just going to stick with it.

Once again, I need help deciding one which fans and what configuration to have them in, this case can have a total of 13 fans.

 

I'd need to find out where I get fan splitters, what fans I need in push/pull ect. ect. but everyone seems this is a question about building the PC, it's posted in Air Cooling for a reason .-.

 

I originally had a CM Master Case 5 Pro picked with all the fans I wanted and needed in their correct positions but then I was informed that it wouldn't fit in the suitcase to bring it home and to take it back. So I had to go with a smaller PC case.

Noctua + biggest you can on each placement is my advice but when it comes to splitters I have no idea!

First off, you must have a gigantic freaking suitcase. I have a V21. It's not as small as you think it is.

 

Second, I have my window on the left, next to the processor. That lets me set up two fans blowing intake air right into the GPU. I'll probably change that up and put one directly above the GPU as an exhaust instead when a wild 1070 appears. Also, my heatsink is dead sexy.

 

The fans I'm using are a bit of a hodgepodge right now, as I'm transitioning the case to Noctuas. I have the stock 200mm fan in front, and I'm not changing it. It's quiet and it moves a ton of air. I have an Aerocool DS 140mm fan and a Noctua Redux 140mm 1500rpm fan as side intakes, with a Noctua Redux 140mm 900rpm fan as exhaust. I'll be replacing the Aerocool with another Redux 900. My CPU maxes out at 84C at 1.27v with a Cryorig H5. The V21 has amazing airflow.

We are not presuming the V21 is small, we took it's dimensions and compared it to the dimensions of the suitcase. It fits.
