How's this build?

This is my friends build. I know there's no GPU included in the list because he already has a GTX 950 in his pre-built PC. It made me wonder if the 950 will cause a bottleneck issue, if it does, then recommend a different card please (or even a different CPU if it needs to fit the budget.)

That power supply is a piece of junk. Also change your harddrive, Seagates are prone to failing. Get a Hitachi or a WD harddrive.

Athlon X2 for only 27.31$   Best part lists at different price points   Windows 1.01 running natively on an Eee PC

What do you guys recommend for the PSU?

Nothing wrong with Seagate drives.
