New case or 144hz monitor.

Hey guys i know that this is a dumb question but do you guys think that i should A) Get a new case, I was thinking Corsair 780T Because my current case is the Corsair Obsidian 450D. Or B) Get a 144hz monitor be very satisfied with very silky smooth gameplay on csgo because i like to play competitive. It is all up to you guys. Please decide for me because i can't.

RAM: 16GB G.skill TridentZ 3200Mhz DDR4

CPU Cooler: Thermaltake Water 3.0 360 Riing RGB Edition 

Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080Ti Founders Edition MSI

Case: Limited Edition Thermaltake View 31 Riing RGB

Power Supply: CoolerMaster V750 Fully Modular

SSD: Kingston HyperX Savage 240GB

HDD: 3TB Toshiba 7200RPM

Monitor: AOC U2868PQU 4K 28" 60HZ

Keyboard: G.Skill Ripjaws KM780 RGB Cherry MX Red

Mouse: Razer Deathadder Elite

Mouse Pad: Razer Goliathus Speed Extended

Speakers: Creative SBS A250

Function over fashion is how I see it. Go with the monitor.

The 450D is a great case. I couldn't imagine selecting a new case over a new monitor.
Well, unless I already had a fantastic monitor.

Easily the monitor.

 

Unless you have a sound reason for a new case (radiator support, more space, needed airflow, etc.), you should go for the new monitor.  Especially if you're into CSGO.

My mind has made it's choice i am going to get an LG UltraWide and the new case also my USB 3.0 jacks at the front don't work and trust me i have tried to fix them but no luck.
