I have refreshed. Its still there

If you search for it in the start menu then click to open it it will ask you if you want to delete the file path just click yes then it will be gone. It's just the file path you are seeing that's saved in your temporary folder.

I do that and it opens the folder. I have access to all the files, and there is no delete option

It seems that the files have been moved to a different destination folder this probably won't work with it being moved and all but right click on the file and go to properties then look for the destination path then navigate to that and delete the file. Might want to delete all the files in your temporary folder as well it seems to be the reason why it's still showing you the file even though it has been moved to a different location the reason it wont let you delete the file is because there is no file to delete as it has been moved.

Just tried. I get the same error even with dragging and dropping in the bin.

I'd recommend booting from a Live Linux USB drive, such as the official Ubuntu Live ISO or PartedMagic and deleting the file from there.

July 29th, 2016 is the last day you can upgrade for free

Tom's Hardware is wrong then.

Windows 10 has been with us for a little over eight months now, which means there are only about four months remaining to get a free upgrade from an older Windows operating system.
