Yes, but playing games ( nvida surround ) you might have to run on low settings even old games.

will it run 3x 1080p? yes

will it game on 3x 1080p? yes

will you enjoy the games on triple 1080p? probably not, especially if its a newer title

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

what do you plan to do on those 3 monitors if the answer is gaming id probably step the graphics card up to at least a 980 if you want decent frame rates. also if its for gaming your better off investing in 1 good monitor with a better refresh rate for around the same price as you were going to pay for 3 bad monitors.

What would be a good monitor

I'd have to disagree with Dukanater, the Viewsonic monitor you listed is fine.

In fact, you should NOT go for a higher refresh rate monitor because the 960 will only be able to maintain 60 FPS in most games, and not much higher.

I'd go with less expensive second and third monitors, as I assume you will not be gaming on those. But that's up to you, you won't see any performance gains, just a lower cost.

A gaming PC for your budget: $800 - $1000 - $1500 - $1800 - $2600 - $9001
