windows error in while installing widows in SSD wd

Hye,

In was installing windows 10 over windows 8 in my SSD while installing its giving me partition is in MBR convert it to GPT but is it safe to convert an ssd to Gpt

Yeah, but you'll lose all data on it. Just delete it and let Windows format it for you.
