It's not sitting directly on top of the PSU, is it?

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

If the PSU has its fan facing down, I'm not sure it should be a concern

I put a plastic anime figure on my vid card before.  I didn't burn down my pc..... yet.

It's fine as long as the stuffed animal doesn't have any plastic that will get soft from the heat, and that it's not too heavy as to sag your card. Make sure you keep anything loose far away from any fans as well.
