SSD idling at 70 C ?!!??!?!

I used Crystal Disk Info on my SSD and the temps are like 70 C. Idling. However I don't think this is correct because if I put the SSD under 100% load temps only go up 1 C. Is 70 C on an SSD bad?

 

SSD = Crucial M500 mSATA SSD 120GB

Touch the SSD while it says it is a 70c. Does it actually feel 70c? If not that it probably is just a bad sensor. If it is really hot, then call Crucial, that idle temp is crazy high.

Unscrew the bottom of the laptop and touch the top of the drive. 70c will hurt to touch bare handed on metal.
