Look up the recommended app to use for your parts then install it. Just google for it man.

There are lots of apps you can use to monitor temps on your PC. Some that I use are: Core Temp (places CPU temps at the taskbar), HWMonitor (for active temp monitoring) and MSI Afterburner (for historical & active line graph monitoring of temps & places GPU temp at the taskbar).
