Looking for Sleep/Hibernate/Wake commands

I'm looking for sleep/Hibernate/Wake commands to enable for use everyday at 5:30PM (for sleep/hibernate) and 9:45 am for waking up the Linux Mint Xfce Distro.

The easiest way to me would be to install the powermanagement-interface

I haven't used it but it allows you to run

sudo pm-hibernate or sudo pm-suspend

The program may have timer option, I recommend looking into it

if not, you can set a script to run that either runs at set times or set count (24hr and loop)

then just suspend or hibernate it and run either a wake command or a program to end the suspension

edit: I may have misread the OP you can run those commands manually as well and the click or press the power button to wake up
