Sketching software?

Hey guys can anyone recommend me an simple and easy to use sketching software i'm planning to do a sketch for the table that i am planning to get custom made. Oh and if anyone knows what Taran program taran used to make linus' sketch for his personal rig 2015 that would be awesome.

Well i used Autodesk student edition in my engineering class and it was pretty easy to use

I think the student edition is free

Autocad, solidworks and Inventor are free for students, and much more powerfull.

Thanks i'll try to check if i can manage to make a sketch on what taran used. I'll try to look into that hopefully if i can remember the things i learned from my CAD class i'd definitely use Autocad again hahaha.
