Don't get it. Why not just play the game normally. Always see loads of people within the game asking for "money rain".

yeah if you have all the money the game is not fun

I got transferred +$1 billion (randomly/no begging) when I was on 360 and it was fun for 5 mins. After I bought my penthouse, fancy cars, etc. I started getting bored.

 

But when R* came and took all but $500k away I was broken. I couldn't afford to mod my cars anymore and w/e I crashed them I would have to pay thousands to insurance. I couldn't even afford sticky bombs at one point!!! I was forced to sell my cars to afford new things :'(

 

Plus mods/cheats ruin multiplayer ;)
