I will use this for gaming/streaming (Not heavy games just light ones) also video editing and graphics design

Also one question should I get dual monitors or just get one big one also give me your suggestions on what monitor should i get if you pick the big one

As for the monitors, it's personal preference. For productivity, I would always go for multiple monitors over a single large one. It helps separate different workloads. Having the main viewport on one monitor and the timeline and other features on the other is a good way of editing IMO.

Neither. Make a new one. Firstly, the PSU is crap - EVGA B1, G1 and NEX are not good. Secondly, the R9 380 outperforms the 960 by 15% across the board in DX11 and over 40% in DX12. Thirdly, Xeon is the way to go

Xeon doesn't come with one but performs MUCH better at Multi-core tasks.

The build he has here is pretty good. A change to the GPU maybe, but other than that it's solid.

He doesn't need more than 300W but the quality and noise of the NEX isn't going to be a good experience. And the Xeon doesn't come with a cooler IIRC

That's not the NEX, it's the B2. Also, the Xeon does come with one. Yeah, he doesn't need 750W, but for that price, there's no reason not to.

Or just stick with the ram that you added?

It doesn't matter in terms of performance. Go with whichever.

AFAIK, only some of the high end Xeons and the Skylake K CPUs don't come with the stock heatsink.
