Hi, 

I do profissional video editing

always I used the operating system from Apple 

but I do not like the Apple hardware.

 

I want to know if I install OS X El Capitan i'm going able to use all this hardware.?? or losing performance?

 

if not I will have to get Windows 10 :(

Installing OSX is complicated. I encourage you to look at Linus' video of their own hackintosh and follow the links they provide for reading.

You will lose some performance due to lack of drivers for your gpu. However you might be better off just buying a more powerful iMac then doing this since the OS change from Mac to Windows is pretty big. Although you could invest into an nvidia quadro gnu which have full support for Mac OS. The Titan X doesn't have optimized drivers for OS X . Quadros do. Here you can find some info on how that all works and whats supported. http://www.tonymacx86.com/building-customac-buyers-guide-march-2016.html It doesn't list the Quadros but they are supported. You might have to look around.
