Sorce = Insider Information

They have WAAAAAY more cuda cores than the maxwell. but no async compute,

so the question is, will this power go to waste. or will the cuda cores be clocked higher like what they done with maxwell to counteract that but then the cards get really hot?

I highly doubt that "insider information" is credible in the slightest this isn't really tech news more like hypothesis.

gtx x80 double the cuda cores of the 980. but from a tdp standpoint it seems legit

if you were to believe this the x80 would be faster than a titan x.

This is a repost of one from way back in March 17.

The thread linked actually has a source, unlike this one.
