What should I upgrade in my Gaming/Streaming PC?

I currently have an OEM Asus M32AD that I gutted and moved into an NZXT H440 so that I will have plenty of room for large video card and more storage.  These are my specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790 Quad-core 3.6GHz

Motherboard Asus H81M-E

Memory: Samsung 12GB DDR3-1600 (1x8GB + 1x4GB)

Storage: Toshiba 1TB 7200RPM HDD

Video Card: Asus Radeon R7 240 2GB GDDR3

Case: NZXT H440 Black/Red

Power Supply: 350W (I forgot the brand and it doesn't have a PCI-E 6-pin)

I did some tests and synthetic benchmarks show that my storage is the weakest part of my system but looking at game requirements and personal experience a new video card would probably help.  Your opinion?

You need a new power supply for a better card. Which I agree is the best option right now.

I'd recommend the R9 390 and a 500W + PSU

i7 4790k | MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition | G.Skill Ripjaws X 16 GB | Samsung 850 EVO 500 GB | 2x Seagate Barracuda 2TB | MSI GTX 970 Twin Frozr V | Fractal Design R4 | EVGA 650W

A gaming PC for your budget: $800 - $1000 - $1500 - $1800 - $2600 - $9001

What do you think about a Corsair CX600 for future proofing and a GTX 660 to save money for a 120GB Samsung 850-Evo?

No, do not go for a low-end corsair PSU. They use bad components and break under heavy use.

Surely a GTX 660 isn't too heavy

I mean when gaming. The components are not designed for anything other than casual use such as internet browsing.
