Network dropping off every 90 seconds or so.

I have a 100ft Ethernet cable connect to my PC. But just today, every 30 seconds more or less, it just stops getting data on just my computer. My Games stop and my skype calls go quiet for a few seconds. Then it starts back up again. Any ideas? I have tried restarting and unplugging the cable. I could restart my router, but other devices on my network aren't having any issues. Thanks!

Different port? not really a solution but might help

Have you tried anything in regards to the PC, viruses, drivers, etc?
