a question before i buy gta 5 for PC

gta 5 on steam cost 40.19 $

while gta5 bundle with shark card 1250000 cost 41.47 $

 

some people said if you buy it bundle with shark card you cant refund .

I wouldn't buy it even if it was on sale for less

The game is boring, only worth putting in a few hours when there is a new update

idk for sure but steam won't refund certain DLC purchases and in game cash/starter pack is one of the types that it Steam won't refund. Since it would be a bundle it wouldn't be too far fetched that you wouldn't be able to refund GTA because it was bundled with the in game cash. Also I agree with what Aytex said, the game has a serious issue with lacking content and blocking off things like weapons and car purchases/mods behind significant in-game cash paywalls that force you to run the limited amount of content over and over again to have the cash to get them.
