Is this a good deal on my end?

So I've finally gotten a reasonable offer for this PC I'm selling, but before I do it, I wanted some forum opinion. I have been offered $400 USD and a viewsonic 1080p 23.6" monitor. Here are the PCs specs:

AMD FX 6300 6 Core CPU (Unused, Brand New)
AsRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 (Unused, Brand New)
8GB EVGA SSC 2400 DDR3
EVGA GTX 960
Seagate Pipeline 1TB HDD
Thermaltake 600 Watt TR2 PSU
Thermaltake Versa H21

Not really. 450-500 with the monitor sounds more like it. But I don't do a whole lot of used stuff.

the $400 could cover your cpu, motherboard, gpu and perhaps the ram too

 

so you're trading your hdd, case and psu for a monitor

 

i'd say its an okay deal, if that monitor isnt faulty :D

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately
