Good none powered speakers for under 150?

Hi I have an old amplifier(which is still very good today) that my dad gave me and I wanna Bump up the quality of my speakers(for headphones I got the ATH-m50x)

now that ive got an amp I wanna get 2 good speakers and maybe a subwoofer(it can its own thing since I really wanna bump it up a bit)

please leave reccomandations! :D

any GOOD speakers with a subwoofer will probably need external power...

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

I know but I dont really know anything abotu speakers...

I dont know what pair to choose...

I dont know what pair to choose...

just go to your local favourite computer shop, test the speakers there, grab one that you like

ez pz...

Why should we come for you?

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

The real audophiles are nice and understands what is possible for the human ears and then there are the f*** up ones that thinks 1k usb cable can make your sound better....

I would recomend:

Fluance SX6-BK (a sub will help them a lot)

Pioneer SP-BS22-LR ( warm sounding)

Micca MB42X

JBL Loft 40

My 3" speakers have surprisingly punchy bass, but generally bigger is better.
