I know this is against CoC, but do you know what Google is?

How are you even taking an IT course and you can't answer or figure out how to answer these questions?

All of these are google-able and the best thing to learn is to learn how to learn. Google is your best friend, I wouldn't know half the shit I do today if I didn't use Google as a resource.

I'd be more than happy to help on specifics, but you're asking for help on basic topics that you can easily find out with a simple Google search.

Not being rude.  Any class I've ever been involved in has required reading and research.

So, while the answers are not only at your fingertips, via google, You probably have a text book with all of these answers, which only needs to be read.

Taking a class, then not doing the work, is pointless.
