help me choose a graphics card

hi every one i want to know which one should i choose msi gtx 950 2GB or msi R7 370 4GB or msi gtx 960 4GB or R9 380 4GB i will list the prices i buy them for in my country and convert them to us dollars aswell i know the R9 and gtx 960 are better but also compare them with the price ranges aswell please i want to use them to play games from old games to latest games and i am also starting to do gaming development 

gtx950 = R3499 = $227.54

r7370 = R2899 = $188.52

gtx960 = R4499 = $292.57

R9380 = R4199 = $273.06

What specific brand and model is this 500W PSU? I'd go R9 380 if it's a decent one.

Anything from xfx, seasonic, and superflower since that´s more common around your wallet that has at least 80+.
