Good Budget Video Card and other PC parts?

Hi, I'm trying to build my first custom DIY PC. I'm using http://www.pcpartspicker.com to help me choose, as well as doing loads of research (Reviews, LTT & NCIX vids, different websites like anandtech, etc.). I'm trying not to break a $500 budget for a decent gaming PC. Here are the parts I am either looking at or already have:

CPU
$98.89
AMD FX-6300
CPU COOLER
$35.75 *
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
MOTHERBOARD
$85.89
Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P
MEMORY
$34.99
Kingston 8GB (2 x 4GB)
STORAGE
$67.80
Samsung 120GB SSD

CASE

~$69

Phanteks Eclipse P400

or

~$70

Corsair Graphite 230T

or

~109

Corsair Carbide 500R

I currently have an R7 250 for a video call as well as a 1TB hard drive. I'm not currently looking for peripherals just yet. I am also looking into future upgradability for OC and maybe water cooling.

I am open to any suggestions. Thanks :D

Have you given the GTX 750 ti any thought? Because it is a very good card for the money

If you want a bit more performance, consider the r9 290x

Please vote for Donald Trump. I am out of sitcoms to watch.

When lyfe gives you HDDs, make SSDs

An Athlon X4 860k will save you a little bit of money as well, and if you are not overclocking at the moment, stick with the stock cooler and get the water cooling kit later on

Yes, I actually looking at the 750 ti for a while before I thought of this build as I originally wanted to just upgrade my pre-built PC. Although, I wasn't sure which "brand" would have been best for the 750 ti or any of the others I looked at.

Usually all of the brands give essentially the same performance .  If you want to get the 750ti, get the 104 dollar Zotac one.

If you can pay more, get an R9 380 (worth it, recommended)

EHH. The 750 TI and the r9 2xx series GPUS are not worth it anymore. Instead, go with R9 3xx series or GTX 9xx series, like 950 or 380

Even my Zotac GTX 650 TI could do better than that by about 10-20 FPS! Wow.

It is  better...it is up to hime to decide whether the 50 dollars are worth the ~10-15 fps increase

The $50 also means newer drivers and stability :) and a cooler running card

I'll look into the 750 ti and r7 370 more. How about a cpu or mobo? Anything I could get with good feats for a nice price?

Okay, so for now I just want to prioritize the CPU, CPU Cooler, Mobo, RAM, Case, and Vid Card. I can always wait to add an ssd or something later on as I have a 1TB hdd at the moment.
