Which manufacturer made the best r9 280x?

I have access to buying various types of the r9 280x I believe the 3 that I know of are the gigabyte windforce model, PNY, and the special saphire one, is the advanced cooling of the gigabyte model the thing that would make it excel over the others?

Sapphire VaporX with 3 fans is the best cooler for the 280x. The 2 fan version of it is an abomination.

From salty to bath salty in 2.9 seconds

Sapphire Toxic was the fastest 280x. Vapor X Tri X was the one with the updated cooler.
