You could back up your files that do not end in .exe, .dll and .ocf from a live USB or something, and then, yes, reinstall Windows. Or you could run a couple of different malware live USBs if you really wanted to stay away from reinstalling, but then you can't be 100% sure the trojan is gone.

Recently, my laptop keeps coming out with this and this.

Any ideas whats going on with my com?

I just looked at them they are images from imgur, I have no idea what is wrong with this guys computer, but I think he should do a factory reset, or go back to a restore point.

well if you have created a restore point before the virus started, you should be able to not delete all of your files and get rid of it.
