problem daqexp.dll & trojan:win32/floxif.e keeps poping out

Recently, my laptop keeps coming out with this and this.

Any ideas whats going on with my com?

I just looked at them they are images from imgur, I have no idea what is wrong with this guys computer, but I think he should do a factory reset, or go back to a restore point.

Jokes aside, actually I have already took that as a consideration.Just wanna see if there are any options left.

clean install windows to make sure its gone 100%

well if you have created a restore point before the virus started, you should be able to not delete all of your files and get rid of it.

You could back up your files that do not end in .exe, .dll and .ocf from a live USB or something, and then, yes, reinstall Windows. Or you could run a couple of different malware live USBs if you really wanted to stay away from reinstalling, but then you can't be 100% sure the trojan is gone.
