What keyboard ??!!

Hey guys I'm looking at getting a mechanical keyboard, i've decided Black switches will be the best for me. 

 

I  have approx £70.00 to spend and i'm looking at the Steelseries 6Gv2 only down side is it has no backlight  

 

Anyone have any suggestions?

Mionix does a keyboard with MX Black and backlight.

Black switches are not very common and that keyboard is the only one I know off the top of my head which has Black switches.

In my opinion Brown switches come close to Black switches (Blacks being slightly heavier) so if you are willing to choose those too I could recommend something like Corsair's K70 keyboard (the non-RGB version, but it might be slightly out of budget), Logitech's G710+ or any of CM Storm's keyboard.

Yes I know it doesn't look special or anything but that's literally the only black switch between 60-90 pounds in pcpartpicker.

I think the one you picked is a great choice for the price.

 

Just keep in mind that I'm a bit of a steelseries fanboy so I could be biased.

I tried the Mionix Zibal 60 instore and it seemed as good as any other, except of course i didn't use it for a long period of time. 

 

Personally, I like Corsair's keyboards and love my Corsair K70 (with MX Brown switches, which imho are pretty close to the MX Blacks). I'd try stick to a more mainstream keyswitch like the MX Red, Brown or Blue to get a larger variety of keyboard choices.

Blacks have a higher actuation force I believe, I've tried blues and they are way too light for me. Apart from Mx greens blacks are the next heaviest.

Corsair k70 would be the best. Wonderful. No cons . Even Linus Sebastian uses that keyboard.(Personally)
