rigid tubing vs normal tubing (dont know what its called)

i am watercooling my pc and i came across rigid tubing does it offer any huge benefits or worthwile benefits?

If it's your first water cooling project go soft tubing since rigid tubing can be pretty hard and take a lot longer to do.

Between the two regular/soft tube is easier to work with and setup compared to hardline which requires tubing to be heated and bent exactly to fit.

 

Between the two they are a matter of looks mainly one small benefit is that soft tube no matter how good or plasticizer free will breakdown or age needing replacement compared to hardline.

There is no difference, it's all about aesthetics basically. Just note that hardline requires different fittings to soft tubing.
