Would this cooler be good enough to do some overclocking to my 4690k?

Yup! Would suggest a 240/280mm though as you can get a higher OC with one

Of course, but if going the 120mm AIO route I would opt for an air cooler instead.

A good air cooler will be better than a mediocre AIO like the H60. The beQuiet! Shadow Rock 2 would be my recommendation.

I use the h60.. It performs almost identical to the hyper212 I had before it.  With the price tag it carries vs the performance it offers I would instead opt for a better air cooler.  That's what I would have done myself anyway, if I had not gotten this one for almost nothing.
