I think I figured it out. I read that Windows automatically caches, programs that you use the most. Here is my Screenshot: 56d6512ff3349_Screenshot(64).png.8891305

So everything is fine?

Well, I would still like to see a screenshot of Task Manager if possible.

There's nothing wrong.

The "Available" amount is what is left, after the "In use" amount -- it is NOT the total of what is available (8GB).

3.6GB + 4.2GB ~= 7.8GB

@LittleCarrot Well this wants to take around 20+ mins to install for it and I really do not want to wait. I read on the back of one of my RAM sticks that it was supposed to be a (4x4) 16GB sticks but since I did a prebuilt PC I got the 8GB that wouldn't cause any issues right?

Who said install? Run it off of the flash drive.

I can't tell you how many times Windows 10 has caused my RAM to completely fill. Apparently it's a bug that I have read about in numerous places. A simple restart fixed it for me.

Some got it fixed with a restart, some got it fixed with a fresh install of windows.
