Everything is super expensive, I don't like PCCG anymore since they jack up their shipping costs. Have a look in MWave.

If you're willing to buy used you might be able to get a 970 for $350.

Where are you based? Gumtree and ebay are pretty good sites to look at.

If you plan on buying an ssd don't go with used though.

What is your budget, you might want to ask some people in the graphics card thread for recommendations.
