yes true i agree but remember that some time ago people wanted small phones and now they want bigger ones so...

that might not be a big problem in a few years.

even if you did put a pneumatic system like that in the iphone, it still wouldn't work. There just simply wont be enough energy there to stop the phone like in the video. Its just a poorly thought out solution to a non existent problem.  This is what cases are for.

this is not a good idea for many reasons. first of a pressurized co2 canister that small would not have the potential to arrest the momentum of an iphone falling. second in some states co2 canisters are actually outlawed. also to top that off you would not be able to take your phone on an airplane as a pressurized canister is forbidden at the chance it could burst mid flight. i just would never see this happening in a phone.
