im interrested to see if there are any webber BBQ fans out there?

 

i resently bought a Smokey Joe for camping and tested it out on the weekend it was awesome!

i smoked some ribs using the 3-2-1 methed.

My mum bought one, but we returned it because it's too much effort and too expensive.

Yeah it is alot of effort to start with but the end result is worth it

as for cost i didnt see it being that expensice i used probly 2kgs of coal for a six hour cook. you can get a 10kg of coal for about $24

Oh, the Weber that we bought was a Weber baby Q I think, and it costed close to $400, and it only had a grill.

nice table top you got  :wub: been thinking about picking up one myself since sometimes the One Touch Silver is just to big for the amount of food we are cooking. Only Webber, only charcoal!  :)

this little guy is my first Charcoal grill and i think im converted already and ive only cooked once :D

Now you just have to experiment with different Charcoals and even better Wood Chips.

hard to get good wood chips there's not many options in Australia just a few bbq shops

On that logic then you can only like Senna if you are Brazilian.
