"blocked" from the forum?

Ok so i just got this:

and i have no idea what going on, im not blocked from the forum as far as i can tell, i was just going to help a guy with an issue and when i tried posting my coment i just got this for some reson... can someone tell me what going on here? thanks for any replies and any help :D

 

 

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

it was a fix for getting into windows after he locked himself out, i had to send him an email with it instead... not even PM would take it

Cloudflare will block requests that they believe are malicious, leading to pages such as you saw.

 

Other than the minor inconvenience on your part, it's a non-issue.

ok thanks now i know what it is and i found a triger for it i think, dosent like me mentioning command prompt as c. m. d. .exe
